David and Carol Freels

We have had Ocicats since 1990 when we fell in love with our Aztec during a chance meeting at a CFA cat show in Sacramento, California. Aztec is still with us and, on occasion, one of us looks at her and says: "see what you started".

Prior to "what Aztec started", we raised Arabian horses for over 25 years and still maintain a couple of our old favorites. Many of the hard lessons learned have stood us well in making decisions about cat breeding and showing.

We spend most weekends showing competitively at CFA shows throughout the United States. When not showing or taking care of cats and horses, we can often be seen headed to the local airport as we are both licensed private pilots.
